lighting instructions

Stage 1

Place firefighter in stove with 6-8 pieces of kindling above it in Jenga style formation, with one or two logs on top.

Stage 2

Light firelighter and keep door open with vent knob at bottom pulled fully open.

Stage 3

Leave the door slightly ajar and let the fire burn well for 20 mins.

Stage 4

When the fire is going really well you can add another log and push the vent in one notch (not all the way) and close the door. NB If you find the stove smokes or stops burning as well, pull the vent open again and open the door again slightly. If you go out make the sure the fire is not raging and push the vent fully in.
